Sara is a Partner in Addleshaw Goddard's Manchester office and a Transport Committee Representative for Northern Powerhouse Partnership. She has over 20 years' experience advising in the public and private sector clients both nationally and internationally, advising advises across transport modes, such as TfGM in relation to the integration of rail into its Bee Network and West Midlands Combined Authority on the purchase of Mobico's UK bus operations. In addition, Sara advises on novel infrastructure development: she is advising DHSC on its new Neighbourhood Health Centre PPP Programme and DESNZ on its Advanced Nuclear Framework to encourage privately led projects.
