Hugh Frost
Chairman
Beetham Organisation
Hugh has been involved in the property industry for more than 50 years, from humble beginnings in the renovation, sales and rentals of terraced houses and Victorian villas to the conversion of redundant city centre office buildings into beautiful homes.
From the early 2000s Hugh pioneered provincial city centre high rise development, delivering game-changing schemes such as the Beetham and West Towers in Liverpool, as well as in Birmingham and Manchester. West Tower completed for Liverpool’s debut as European Capital of Culture in 2008 and remains the city’s tallest building.
Hugh aims to supersede West Tower in partnership with retail legend Tom Morris via their ambitious plans for the Kings neighbourhood in Liverpool city centre.
