Martin is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 year’s experience, having worked for the past 15 years delivering high quality development across the UK. With extensive experience in student accommodation and residential development, he has previously worked for a variety of development focused businesses in the North West. He moved to Capital&Centric in 2023 and leads on a range of iconic schemes including the Littlewoods Project in Liverpool and the regeneration of Newcastle-under-Lyme which includes the first conversion of a multi storey car park to residential accommodation.
