John oversees Salford’s ambitious growth plans across key areas such as; Central Salford, Salford Quays and MediaCity, Crescent Salford, and the Western Gateway MDZ. These initiatives aim to deliver 67,000 new homes and 33,000 new jobs by 2040. This work cuts across all the council’s corporate priorities; supporting good growth, a good home for all, creating vibrant places where people want to live, and responding to climate change.
